After months of hard work, the FAIRVASC team is proud to announce the release of version 1 of the user support interface or Dashboard. The FAIRVASC core operational team of Kris McGlinn, Matthew Rutherford and Karl Gisslander presented the possibilities offered by the Dashboard during the recent 20th International Vasculitis and ANCA Workshop 03-06 April 2022, Dublin, Ireland (https://vasculitis2022.org). The variables that can currently be queried from the Dashboard of integrated registries include: gender, ANCA antibody specificity, organ involvement profile, remission induction treatment, baseline creatinine level, deaths, whether the patient developed end-stage renal disease and treatment complications. This prototype FAIRVASC Dashboard provides a secure interface for clinicians and researchers to access an unprecedented number of European AAV patients (potentially > 6000). The following months will be devoted to the development of ontology and mappings to widen the query spectrum e.g. in therapy and blood results areas. The FAIRVASC team are delighted to achieve this important milestone! Below you can find a screenshot of the FAIRVASC Dashboard and the FAIRVASC flyer presented at the Vasculitis and ANCA workshop 2022.
